The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA might be rendering solutions which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency claimed it's alarmed with regards to the high variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office focused on service the area each day. The support issue developed for intervention activities a high influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for the Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra methods to permit the servicing of all consumers and improve access to Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
